Working with a small studio means speed, one accountable person, and no account managers. It also raises a fair question: what happens to your software if that person is suddenly unavailable? This page is the answer.
Every system Yellow Archer builds is set up so that a competent developer who has never seen it before can take it over in a day — not because they're clever, but because everything they need is written down, versioned, and kept current. That is not a promise made in an emergency; it is how the work is done every single day.
Every project — including yours — is in a private Git repository with full history. Nothing exists only on a laptop or only in someone's head.
Each project carries a live status file and machine-readable working notes, updated after every working session: where it runs, how to deploy it, what's in progress, and what to watch out for.
Systems run on standard infrastructure — managed cloud hosting, mainstream databases, ordinary DNS. No exotic setup that only one person can operate.

If something needs attention and there's any delay in reaching me directly, contact either of the people below. They are briefed for exactly this situation.
Sannette and Amber can put you in direct contact with your project's source code and documentation, arrange an orderly handover to a developer of your choosing, and make sure hosting and domain accounts end up in your hands. Your system, your data, your accounts — that has been the arrangement from day one.
In short: you hired one developer, but you were never betting on one heartbeat.
Happy to walk you through exactly how your project is documented and where everything lives.
